Here's a preparation which I fetched according to the wise advice of my sister to realize some good gingerbread in the twinkling of an eye;) It's about the preparation of Guillemette which I found at Le Bon Marché (75007 Paris) & which facilitates life: you just need to add some honey, eggs, oil, orange juice or water bingo off to the oven! That takes only 5 min I mean normally coz I think I did not put enough juice or water and got a kind of cement-plaster dough... hence it undulating look on the top! But the magic operated, the bread raised and turns out to be very good with a soft taste of anise which flavour is even more pronounced if you let it rest 24 hours! Yummy♥
